Are you passionate about ending child poverty?
Do you want to make a difference?
There are many ways for campaigners to get involved. Our campaigns are primarily in coalition with third sector organisations but we welcome involvement of all other local stakeholders, such as local residents, employees and businesses.
Third sector organisations are increasingly becoming involved in charitable campaigning work to further their organisations aims, complimenting more grass roots service delivery. In this way organisations can achieve change beyond their work on the ground for those they aim to help. Through our campaigns 4in10 is working to support such activity on the issue of child poverty in London.
How can I get Involved?
• 4in10: The End Child Poverty London Project is co-ordinating local campaigns in the boroughs of Newham and Westminster. If you live, work or volunteer in either of these boroughs, click on the relevant link to find out how you can get involved in a local campaign.
• If you don’t live in either of the boroughs above we will still do everything we can to support any campaigning efforts. Please see the Local Campaigns section for more information.
• To assist you even further, 4in10 have put together an extensive Campaigning Toolkit in five parts, full of hints, tips and inspiration to help make your campaign a success. Follow the link to download our free toolkit and to find out more.
• To raise awareness of the levels of child poverty and encourage more organisations across London to get involved please help us to promote 4in10: The End Child Poverty London Project. Select the link below to download an easy-to-print A4 poster or contact London Campaign Officer Natasha Adams (natasha@ecpc.org.uk) to receive some pre-printed leaflets.
