- Speak up for children in poverty! Your voices are vital.
End Child Poverty needs your stories for the media.
The Campaign to End Child Poverty would like to hear from families who can help us highlight the reality of poverty in the UK today.
The Government has promised to halve child poverty by 2010 and to end it by 2020, but the halving target is in serious jeopardy if the Government does not invest £3 billion.
In the lead up to our Keep The Promise rally in Westminster on October 4th, we’re looking for real life stories of the day to day problems faced by parents and children struggling on a low income.
These stories will be used in the media, including national and local newspapers, television and radio. Your anonymity will be fully respected, should you wish to tell your story but not share your identity.
The Government has the power to keep its promise and make the investment needed. We need your help to hold them to it.
